Join Marcia Barrington on a culinary tour embracing some of the vibrant flavours of the French Mediterranean.In this masterclass expect fresh fish and sparkling produce from the market along with olives, herbs, a little garlic and delicate olive oil.
The menu will comprise of:
Socca with roasted peppers, olives and goat’s chevre
Le Grand Aioli:A vivid spread of sparkling vegetables with a little steamed seafood and fresh aioli
Rouget (or Sea Bass) with sauce vierge, fennel and tapenade
Provençal tomatoes with soft herbs, breadcrumbs and anchovy
and to finish – Meringues aux pignons with raspberry and orange sauce.
Tea and coffee will be available on arrival and a glass of wine will be served with your delicious lunch that you will have prepared.
