A Taste of French Mediterranean with Marcia Barrington

Join Marcia on a culinary tour embracing some of the vibrant flavours of the French Mediterranean. In this masterclass, expect to fillet fresh fish and prepare colourful produce from the market. The menu on the day will comprise socca niçoisew artichokes and goat’s chèvre; Le Grand Aioli: a spread of sparkling vegetables, served with a little steamed seafood and fresh aioli; Sea Bass w sauce vierge, fennel and tapenade; Provençal tomatoes w soft herbs, breadcrumbs and anchovy; and to finish – Meringues aux pignons with strawberries.
Tea and coffee will be available on arrival and a glass of wine will be served with your delicious lunch that you will have prepared.
