Artisan Pasta with Ursula Ferrigno

Ursula Ferrigno is a talented cook with a deep love of Southern Italian food. Half Italian and a noted teacher Ursula specialises in demonstrating the making of Italian breads, Italian soups, risottos, vegetables, fruit dishes and every kind of pasta dish. She has cooked on many TV programmes and is a prolific author.
In Italy hardly a meal is served without pasta, it is the most important part of the multi course meal.
Consequently the length and breadth of Italy celebrates hundreds of different shapes of pasta; all designed uniquely for the all important clinging ability of the sauce. Many of these shapes are made by hand; with just warm water and semola. Ursula is so excited to show you many of these shapes during the class.
Take pasta to the next level with Garganelli, Trofie, gnocchi Sarde, orrechiette, hand rolled and cut pasta and of course coloured pasta the most popular being, spinaci and saffron and pasta nero.
This course will collude with a delicious lunch of your own creation including dessert served with wine.
