Based on Ursula’s best-selling new book Cucina di Amalfi, come join us for a day creating and enjoying sun-drenched recipes from Italy’s most magical coastline.

Ursulas’s own family lived on the Amalfi coast, specializing in growing fruit and vegetables. This is where her passion for food started. She is an acclaimed and experienced food writer and chef.

Ursula specialises in demonstrating the making of Italian bread, Italian soups, risotto, vegetables, fruit dishes, and every kind of pasta dish.

Tea and coffee will be available on your arrival and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be served with wine and/or soft drinks.
