In and Out of my Italian Kitchen with Ursula Ferrigno

Ursula Ferrigno is an acclaimed food writer and chef who embodies the Italian and Mediterranean passion for good food made from the freshest natural ingredients.

Example Menu:

• Zucchini scapece marinated courgettes with mint
• Potato gnocchi with rocket pesto
• Parmigiano Di melanzane
• Three bean salad
• Monkfish skewers with vegetable slaw
• Strawberry and raspberry almond torte

There will be drinks and snacks served on arrival and the workshop concludes with a delicious lunch of your own creation served with wine.
