In this class, you will learn how to blend your own spices, and make your own ghee and delicious chai.

Aloo Bonda, Spiced Potato Cakes in Chickpea Batter

Mint and Coriander Chutney

Pal Katti Porichattu, Spiced Paneer with Tomato Chutney

Kayi Korma Curry, mixed vegetables with coconut, ginger, and fresh curry leaves

Kadala Curry, Chickpea, and Potato Curry with tomato and tamarind

Channa Dhal, Yellow lentils with garlic, ginger, and chilli

Saffron and Cardamom Rice

Onion Chapati

A duo of Sorbet, Mango & Coconut

This class is also suitable for Vegans. The workshop concludes with a delicious lunch served with wine.
