Ursula Ferrigno is passionate about Italian food and is masterful in her knowledge and making of pasta.
Not only will you learn the essential techniques, you’ll also be introduced to the history behind fresh pasta and Ursula will show you how create different pasta shapes, matching them with perfectly paired sauces.
Making you own pasta is deeply satisfying and the results are more than delicious and in this Masterclass you will learn the fundamental for preparing simple rolled pasta, as well as more challenging stuffed pasta, such as ravioli or tortellini. In addition you will learn to make appropriate sauces for each shape. Lunch will be served with a seasonal antipasti, salad, Mistley Kitchen bread, Italian wine from The Mistley Kitchen Wine Shop and a delicious simple Italian dessert. You will also prepare a delicious pasta meal to take home!
