Vegetables have a course entirely separate in Italy; that’s how important they are, it’s called Contorni.
Let me show you some wonderful versatile ways that we enjoy vegetables in Italia.
We will be making;
Cauliflower from Amalfi
Nonna Ferrigno Giambotta
Bietole al forno
Radicchio and borlotti insalata
Potato and herb fritti and more!
This hands-on workshop will include a lunch of your own making with refreshments served throughout the day including wine!
