Becky Longford is our in house top preserver and Marmalade is her speciality. In fact 2017 she won Bronze at the Worlds Original Marmalade Awards, she will share with your her top hints and tips for a perfect preserve.
As the Seville oranges begin their short season now is the time to make marmalade. Learning the necessary skills to make and set a perfect marmalade you will still have time to make a batch at home to last you through the coming year.
On this one day masterclass you will learn 2 different methods for making marmalade as well as our signature Apple Chilli Chutney.
We will also include a cheese and chutney tasting and a delicious lunch using Marmalade as an ingredient in both the main course and dessert. Wine is included with lunch and you will take home a jar each of Marmalade and chutney.
