As the Seville oranges begin their short season now is the time to make marmalade. Learning the necessary skills to make and set a perfect marmalade you will still have time to make a batch at home to last you through the coming year.
On this one day masterclass you will learn how to make two types of Marmalade.
A delicious lunch using Marmalade as an ingredient in both the main course and dessert is included along with a glass of wine and you will take home a jar of each type of Marmalade.

Dessert – Hot Marmalade Pudding
