Marcia Barrington is a chef and recipe writer with a long-standing career in food. She was one of the original directors of the Divertimenti Cookery School, has held consultancy posts at top event companies, headed up a French cookery school brand for its UK launch and latterly – as catering boss, where she set up and ran her high-end catering company for ten years. She now splits her time between teaching in London and Valencia, Spain where she runs her food tour in and around the renowned Mercat Central.

This glass does contain fish and meat but can be easily adapted for vegetarians.

Here is what you can expect to create on the day, recipes are subject to change depending on fresh produce available on the day.

• Chunky guacamole
• Mex-inspired pea mockamole
• Pico de gallo
• Salsa roja
• Black bean and crispy chorizo salad
• Corn tortillas
• Tacos al pastor, grilled pineapple
• Grilled veg pastor and all the fixins
• Blackened fish tacos, sour cream
• Mistley Kitchen margaritas!

Tea and coffee will be available on your arrival and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be served with wine and/or soft drinks.
