Complex flavours, simple techniques, what could be better? Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, we will prepare a delicious feast of Thai standards. This is one of our most popular workshops and is always great fun.

- Stir-Fried Prawns with Coriander and Basil
- Thai Fish Cakes with Cucumber Dip
- Pad Thai
- Classic Red Curry of Chicken with Jasmine Rice
- Fish Curry with Coconut Cream
- Coconut Crème Caramel
The workshop concludes with a delicious lunch served with wine and light refreshments.
