Quick and Easy Thai with Sherri Singleton

Complex flavours, simple techniques, what could be better? Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, we will prepare a delicious feast of Thai standards. This is one of our most popular workshops and is always great fun.

• Sate with Spicy Peanut Sauce
• Fresh Salad Rolls in Rice Paper
• Stir-Fried Prawns with Coriander and Basil
• Thai Fish Cakes with Cucumber Dip
• Pad Thai
• Classic Red Curry of Chicken with Jasmine Rice
• Fish Curry with Coconut Cream
• Coconut Crème Caramel

The workshop concludes with a delicious lunch served with wine and light refreshments.
