Sweet Treats with Megan Stafford & David Rizbaf

Having been classically trained at the London Cordon Bleu, Megan started working as a pastry chef in a French patisserie (Julie Plumart) in Brighton. She then moved to London and started working and advancing her skills in several restaurants all over the city including Aquashard and many within the D&D restaurant group including Skylon and Aster.. She is currently working in east London at the Marksman pub serving contemporary and highly skilled cuisine, as well as training to become a baker.
David is a chef with a background and passion for Persian cuisine. David has worked in London as a chef and joined our Mistley Thorn team in 2017. David comes from an Iranian Persian background on his father’s side and has developed a passion for encouraging the popularity and awareness of Persian cuisine, what it is and how delicious it can be.
The workshop includes snacks, lunch and wine! There will be goodies to take away too!
