Taste of Mexico with Sherri Singleton

Another popular workshop at The Mistley Kitchen. Sherri has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and will share with you authentic techniques for making flavour-packed Mexican dishes with distinctly modern twists. In this hands-on workshop, you will also learn how to make your own corn and flour tortillas using a press or by hand, there will be lots of tips and techniques shared throughout the day.  

The workshop will finish with a fabulous meal of your own creation served with wine and Margaritas:

• Salsa two ways, Guacamole
• Assorted Quesdadillas
• Barbecued Carne Asada (marinated skirt steak)
• Tacos de Pescado (fresh local fish tacos)
• Pollo Enchiladas (chicken enchiladas)
• Arroz Rojo (tomato rice)
• Margaritas!
