Tuscany is a world, Italy is a universe, and the magic of Tuscany just keeps on unfolding.

There is more to love on each visit.

Ursula Ferrigno is a talented cook with a deep love of Southern Italian food. Half Italian and a noted teacher Ursula specialises in demonstrating the making of Italian bread, Italian soups, risottos, vegetables, fruit dishes, and every kind of pasta dish. She has cooked on many TV programs and is a prolific author.  Her books include Trattoria,  La Dolce Vita – a book of heavenly desserts and sweets, Ursula Ferrigno’s Italian Cookery Course, and her latest book – Lemons and Limes (signed copies available in-store).

Recipes on the day may include, but are not limited to:

Pappa con Pomodoro – Leek & Tomato Soup

Patate Tortelli – Potato Ravioli

Pici – Hand Stretched & Rolled Pasta

Faraone alla Cacciatora – Pheasant (Hunters Style)

Polenta con due salsa – Polenta with Two Sauces

Cantuccini – Biscotti


Tea and coffee will be available on your arrival and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be served with wine and/or soft drinks.
