Join us for a world tour of big natural flavours. This is a great workshop for those who are committed or occasional vegans or for those who are thinking about making positive changes in their diet. All recipes are made without refined sugar and most are gluten-free.
The workshop will focus on various techniques and cover lots of great cooking tips and tricks. Listed below are some examples of what you could be making on the day. Please know this is an example and is subject to change.
Cauliflower Tinga Tacos with Pickled Onions, Pickled Kohlrabi and Avocado Crema
Sweet Potato Latke with Roasted Pepper Aioli
Chaat Masala Potatoes with Coconut Yogurt
Onion Pakora or Samosa
Pickled Carrot and Ginger Maki Rolls
You will be welcomed with refreshments on arrival and we will then discuss our menu for the day.
Lunch will be a collaboration of what you have all made and will include some lovely vegan-friendly libations from Liberty Wines!
