In this class, you will learn how to blend your own spices, make your own ghee and delicious chai.

Pal Katti Porichattu, Spiced Paneer with Tomato Chutney
Kayi Korma Curry, mixed vegetables with coconut, ginger and fresh curry leaves
Kadala Curry, Chickpea and Potato Curry with tomato and tamarind
Channa Dhal, Yellow lentils with garlic, ginger and chilli
Saffron and Cardamom Rice
Onion Chapati
A duo of Sorbet, Mango & Coconut
This class is also suitable for Vegans. The workshop concludes with a delicious lunch served with wine.
